Future Talents
Dubai Municipality Academy proudly sponsors and supports UAE national high school graduates in pursuing higher education, with a strategic focus on bridging Emiratization gaps in technical fields. This initiative is aligned with the Municipality’s future workforce needs, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of skilled Emirati professionals.
Terms and Requirements:
- The student must be a UAE national.
- The student must not be receiving a scholarship from another entity.
- National service must be completed for males.
- The student must have completed his/her second year of study.
- The student's cumulative GPA must not be less than 3.0.
Pioneers Programme
A specialized training initiative that supports fresh UAE national graduates from accredited institutions. Over a period of up to 6 months, participants receive hands on training across various technical and administrative fields, preparing them to actively contribute to the UAE’s future with confidence and competence.

- Trainees receive a monthly financial reward during the entire program

Terms and Requirements:
- Must be a UAE national
- Must be a recent graduate from a recognized higher education institution in the UAE with a bachelor's degree
- Must have completed national service (for male graduates)
- Must not be currently employed in any part-time or full-time job
Future competencies programme
An engaging training program designed for Emirati students in Grade 11 and Grade 12, as well as university and college students pursuing technical fields aligned with Dubai Municipality’s areas of focus. The program supports the Municipality’s strategic goal to attract, empower, and develop local talent, enhancing their skills and preparing them to become the next generation of municipal professionals.

Conducted during the summer period between July and August
Internship
Offered throughout the year, except during periods when departments reach operational capacity
Terms and requirements
- The scholarship student must be United Arab Emirates citizen
- The student must be continuing his studies
